Monica Kekuewa, owner of MK Design House, met Christine Alvarez at just the perfect time. Christine had worked for more than thirteen years as a licensed, massage therapist in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and she wanted to evolve with her new company, balanced body. She needed a logo and message that reflected health and balance while also reflecting transformation – both in her own life, but also in the bodies and healthy living of her clients. Monica grabbed this opportunity with both hands.
“What was amazing about MK Design House,” Christine tells us, “was when I gave my vision was for my business, some color schemes, Monica came back with the butterfly and the word transform. Everything shifted. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it. It was perfect.”
With a gentle palette, the butterfly logo captures both natural balance and the idea of transforming into something new and beautiful. Starting with this logo, MK Design House developed a look for Christine’s Facebook page, business card, 
postcards, and a website to tie together the feeling of natural healing and growth. Christine is also an ideal client.
Rather than rest and wait for her media to work for her, she remains an active participant. She updates her page regularly and engages her audience through her “30 Day Gratitude is the Attitude” Facebook challenge where she invites others to share the things - big and small - that 
make life so good.
This positive approach toward health and wellness in Las Cruces carries over from her massage therapy business to other aspects of Christine’s life. Christine has her own dōTERRA store and uses the product for herself, her family, and her clients. “I’ve used essential oils throughout my massage therapy. In 2009 I got introduced to dōTERRA and I immediately saw the difference. They are just the purest and I have such a passion for them for overall wellness.”
Christine remains healthy in her personal life by working out at Primetime Fitness, and shopping at Mountain View Market and Toucan Market.
